  1. Great Tips! I always thought that just taking vitamins was enough, but clearly not. As a former collegiate athlete, I took vitamin D pills to help with my weak shins, but didn’t see much promise. Now as a girl who has been out the game for 2 years (still with weak shins lol), I think I might give to pills another try.
