21 Day Challenge

It’s August 1st everyone and we’re back with another 21 Day Challenge: Flatten the Flab. If you’re trying to lose that extra flab the best way to do so is by changing your diet and increasing your exercise regime. It’s been proven that if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit; that’s the most important thing when it comes to working out. These exercises can be done at home or in the gym, so grab a friend and have them be your accountability partner.

The challenge is as follows:

On the days for cardio you can either run or get on some type equipment (treadmill, bike, etc). The weight training is based on what specific area you’re wanting to target for the day. If you aren’t familiar with what exercises to do for weight training you can look at different total body workouts; all body weight workouts can be viewed here. Each workout should take 30-45 minutes. Make sure you tweet or post a picture to Facebook or Instagram of yourself doing the workout for the day using  the hashtag #FlattenTheFlab and #Fit29 for a chance to win a free personal training session.
