Recently, I attend a pilates class at ONE LAGREE in Dallas.
Now, I was familiar with what pilates was, but I just didn’t know what to expect and since it was my first pilates class I was a little hesitant. My fitness friend, Maiah, taught the class which made it more enjoyable. I never knew you could sweat so much from pilates. We did a lot of lower body exercises and I definitely felt the burn. Anytime I’m able to work the booty I feel accomplished.
The ambiance of One Lagree is phenomenal, it’s so modern chic. There’s mirrors everywhere, so you can see your technique and know what needs to be tweaked, so you can perform the exercises better. I for one realized that my upper body strength was not up to par, so that’s definitely something I’m going to work on in the future. I highly recommend pilates to anyone as there’s no age limit to this type of exercise.

My legs were super sore after the workout, but I quickly recovered. There’s so many great benefits to pilates like
