Fit 29 is the blueprint for all fitness levels. We provide personal and group training to our clients, as well as workout and meal plans by request.Before each session each client will receive a free fitness assessment, which serves as a guideline of where their fitness level is at. It’s never too late to take advantage of your fitness lifestyle. Our trainers will become your motivational coach for the duration of your training sessions and beyond. Unlike quick weight loss fixes and diet fads, our mission is to assist our clients in setting and reaching their fitness goals in a safe, friendly and fun environment. We want our clients to complete training with not only a fitness transformation, but knowledge on how to live a healthy for life.
